Introduction of Madrasa
Madrasas are the castle of Islam where the students of Islam, after training, are doing in defense of Islam.
If we look at the education system from the beginning of Islam till now then we find that the path of teaching and learning always is changed by the needs and necessities of the era. Our predecessors were the best filler of the pulse of time.
In every era, for the welfare of Islam, they changed their syllabus. The Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) ordered Sahaba to learn Hebrew because there was need to learn other languages for doing the agreements and drafting with Christian, Jews and other non Muslims.
In this modern time the old weapons are useless. Can a war be won with a sword, bows and arrows in the age of tank, aircraft, bomb etc?
In every era, Ulama of Islam got other knowledge besides the religious one.
Keeping all above mentioned points in our mind, we established the “Modern Educational Society” in 1990 at Deoband, Distt. Saharanpur , U.P. India.
Under this society, a madrasa Named “Saeedul Uloom Deoband” is established.
Under this society, a madrasa Named “Saeedul Uloom Deoband” is established.
The main aim to establish the Madrasa is to provide modern education as well as religious one to the Muslim Students. Islam and Muslims are criticized time to time by the non Muslims in English and other languages.
After getting full command over these languages, we can reply bluntly to all in effectual.

A large number of Muslims in India , in fact, a vast majority is of poor and illiterate Muslims. These poor Muslims can’t afford even if they want to send their children to institutions of secular education.
Moreover, they have religious needs and Madrasas can fulfill not only religious needs but also provide free education and what is more are conveniently located.Monday, 16 January 2012
